I am deaf, and I found it very difficult to find an instructor to take on the challenge…then one day I saw a Mirrors car on the road and I took down the number.  I found the website and emailed Theresa.  She contacted me straight away and said she would be delighted to teach me. I had problems with my theory, and Theresa during the lessons gave me some HP tuition and then I fully understood and passed.  The driving was a challenge for both of us but once we found the best way of communicating it was easy….We did it step by step together and I went to test in Jan 2011 and passed 1st time.  Theresa was patient and a great communicator…I could have not done this without her, and thought I would never be a driver… Thank you so much Theresa Vicki, Luton

I contacted Mirrors google, and was very impressed with their website and they look very professional, I emailed Theresa and as soon as I had my first lesson, I knew I was going to pass…the lessons were so structured and enjoyable….i passed 1st time, and I really miss our lessons… Thanks T. My first language is not English, so I normally find it difficult to understand in full – I am Polish. It took me a while to find and Instructor who could teach in English but explain in Polish to give me a better understanding if I needed it.  Martina was the best Instructor. I found Mirrors by searching in Google for a driving Instructor in Luton.  I found Mirrors and was very impressed with their Web site and the information given.  Theresa was my 3rd Instructor – I knew as soon as I had my first lesson with Theresa I had found the right person to get me there! I already failed a test – but with my first lesson with Theresa we managed to fix so many problems. Theresa is an excellent instructor. Very patient and really makes you feel comfortable.  She offers a very professional, affordable service, is reliable and always on time.  I had tried a few different instructors in the past, but found Theresa to be the best! Thank you for being so patient with me and getting me through it today *hugs* I came across Mirrors through trawling the web,  and am so happy that I went with this school of motoring.  Theresa was a fantastic instructor.  I was a little nervous as I hadn’t had lessons for many years,  but with her patience and professionalism,  as well as friendly banter and charm,  I hit my target precisely when I wanted to and passed both my theory and practical tests first time.  She always had faith in my abilities and this rubbed off on me.  Thank you so much Theresa,  I would recommend you to anyone,  anytime,  it has been great fun learning with you and I will miss you,  although I suspect you will have a quieter life from here on in. Theresa was a great instructor who taught me all the driving skills I need now when driving.   She made sure I passed quickly but at the same time teaching me how to drive very well and in the end passing first time with no minor faults at all!  I would recommend her to anyone who want to start learning to drive. Theresa was my fourth instructor and when she came to assess me I was with my second motoring school...   We got off to a good start and I really felt like the things that had appeared to be so difficult were corrected overnight with Theresa’s genuine encouragement to achieve...   Theresa sat in with me [on the test] and it spurred me on all the more to have her supporting me and being able to show her and the invigilator I could do it. I think I’d still be taking lessons if Theresa hadn’t offered to take me on as a student and would suggest that anyone go to her no matter of ability because she works wonders!
